I never tried becoming vegan, as my family obliges me to at least eat eggs and dairy, but I understand how painful it can be to separate baby calves from their mothers and keep impregnating them for more milk. But for 99 sake, leave autism out of it, as it is completely irrelevant. There is no concrete proof that milk actually does cause autism. People are theorizing many silly causes of autism. Next, they are going to say that managing kitty litter causes autism :D Oh, it totally makes sense. All the bacteria and dust destroys the brain when inhaled! Reminds me of Sigmund Freud's absurd psychoanalytic theories. PETA should be pretty damn grateful that Temple Grandin has designed a realistic solution to animal suffering.
